NO WAY!!

Pardon the caps and exclamation points, if you will, but this lowly pub and brewery that doesn't even care about winning awards has won an award. In a foreign country, no less. For an ordinary three grain and two hop Best Bitter. Well, that just goes to show ... something. I'll have to mull it over.

Well, that is annoying, because it wasn't even available on the Tueewsday of the festival so I didn't get to try it.

I'll brew it in your place in November. It's an easy one. Got any Chinook and Willamette?

Congrats Ted!

Wotcha was my favorite of the lot you toted down off your hill a few weeks ago. Though the Beer and Coding stamp of approval doesn't carry nearly the same heft as a GBBF MJACAA (go-go gadget acronyms).

Cheers!

That is TOO COOL!! An award at the grand-daddy of all festivals, the Great British. Well done, sir.

To repeat the venerable bard, 'Blessing of your heart, you brew good ale.'

I've been extremely crappy about reading the blogs, but this is VERY COOL! Way to go, Ted!

As a delighted UK visitor to the Brewers Union 180 over a couple of days in May 2010, this is superb news - congratulations to your pioneer spirit. With a fair wind and economic solvency, I hope to make it back to Oakridge in 2012.
